How to find bosses

Boss Board intel, Lieutenant Towers and Commanders on the Tac Map.

• Boss BoardOpens after your second DMZ Order. It is a station in the FOB.
• IntelBought intel puts that Lieutenant in your raid for one deployment.
• TowerA Lieutenant Tower marks the Lieutenant closest to your squad.
• Tac MapCommanders show on the Tac Map only when they are close.

Find a Lieutenant

1. 1

   Open the Boss Board

   Finish your second DMZ Order. The Boss Board then opens in the FOB.

2. 2

   Buy intel before you deploy

   Without intel a Lieutenant may not be in your raid. Intel opens after DMZ Orders chapters that differ for each Lieutenant. Pay with DMZ Cash right before you deploy: it lasts one deployment.

3. 3

   No intel? Climb a tower

   Climb a Lieutenant Tower and use the Upload Station at the top. It marks the closest active Lieutenant for the whole squad, which may not be the one you want.

4. 4

   Take the tag and exfil

   A Lieutenant always drops a Dog Tag Case. Picking it up shows your position to other squads, so head to exfil at once.

Spot a Commander

Always in the raid

Commanders are always somewhere on the map. You cannot buy intel on them; the Boss Board gives their information for free.

Watch the Tac Map

A Commander appears on the Tac Map when you get close, and your Team Leader warns you.

They move

Commanders patrol. Their areas on the map are where players report them, not fixed spawns.

Reward

DMZ Cash the first time you kill each Commander, and 3D Printer ingredients when you kill one and exfil.
